Australia, Czech Republic, Iran, Malaysia, Russia, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, North and South America.
Customers in North and South America can place orders at : www.robotis.us
We will not be able to ship to these countries, so please mail us to find out the distributors' address.
If there is a problem at your local customs and then you decide to return the product to us,
and if the problem is not related to us (i.e. it is due to the destination country's policy, etc.),
the customer must pay for the round trip expense in order to get the refund for the return.

Information
we collect
1) ROBOTIS will only collect the information
you have provided to us, based on the information you have filled out on the sign
up page.
For Individual Customers;
Currency, ID, Password,
Name, E-mail, Telephone, Mobile Number, Shipping Address
For Corporate Customers;
Currency, ID, Password, Name, E-mail, Telephone, Mobile Number, Shipping Address
Company Name, Name of the
representative, Company Address
2) We may also collect additional information
that you have provided to us separately.
ex. temporary mailing address, shipping
address, etc.
3) We will not
keep records of any information that you have provided to us for temporary use,
which you have requested us to delete immediately after using them.
ex. payment information (credit card #)
4) We will not
collect any information of you provided by a third party, unless you have granted
the third party to provide the information to ROBOTIS.
How we use
your information
1) ROBOTIS will mainly use your information
when processing your orders.
ex. shipping address,
recipient’s name, phone number, etc.
2) We may use your e-mail address to send you
newsletters or other important notices, provided that you have set your My Page
settings to receive our mails.
* In case of important
notices, we may send mails to you regardless of your settings.
3) We may use your information for
statistical analysis, such as counting the number of customers we have in
different regions.
* Analysis
results will only be kept within ROBOTIS, and will not be shared with other
parties.
To whom do
we disclose your information?
1) ROBOTIS will only hold the information to ourselves,
and will not disclose the information to any other parties other than shipping companies without your
consent
2) Only the ROBOTIS Overseas Sales &
Marketing team personnel have access to you information, so you can be assured
that your information is kept secure.

ROBOTIS SHOP Conditions of Use
> All international orders are processed
via DHL from KOREA (not USA).
For customers in North and South America, please contact our US office
to order via USA.

> All orders will be shipped out within 2
weeks (Normally ships out within 3 working days when in stock).
> If multiple orders are placed on the
same day, they will be shipped in the same package, unless requested to ship separately
by order. If an error is discovered in your order that requires change or
cancellation, please contact us immediately.
> If an order is placed and the payment is
not settled within 7 days, it will be automatically be cancelled. If necessary, please re-place the
order and make the payment in a timely manner.
> Please request for insurance to avoid
lost or damaged shipments, which is 1% from the total invoice value. We will
not be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
> Points (mileage) :
- No point is given when
you sign up.
- You may use your points
when you have at least 50 points.
- You may use your points
when your purchase amount is at least $100 (€100).
- Your points will be
valid for 2 years, and will expire automatically.
- We will send out alert
mails when there is any upcoming expiration, but it will be your responsibility
to keep notice on the balance.
> You may select the currency to use
(USD/EUR) when signing up, but Corporate Customers will NOT be able to change it again in your
My Page --> My Info. Please contact us if you need any changes. contactus2@robotis.com
> Please note that
destination charges (import tax, customs duty, etc.) are not included in the
shipping charges.
* We will not be able to calculate fees other than
the shipping charge itself.
* If there is a problem at your local customs and the customer decides to return the product to us,
and if the problem is not related to us (i.e. it is due to the destination country's policy, etc.),
the customer must pay for the round trip expense in order to get the refund for the return.
* Some countries may have a different logistics
company handle the inland delivery.
ex. we’ll
ship by DHL, but once it arrives in a certain country, a local courier may take
over.
* Please refer to the online shop's FAQ page for details.
> If paying by wire
transfer, please note that the customer is responsible for the sender's AND
receiver's bank fee.
* If the sender does not pay the fee, we may
keep the delivery on hold until the fee is paid.
